teams.\nEnsure technology solutions deliver measurable business value and regulatory compliance.\nOwn and manage the product backlog with clear list of initiatives, deliverables, epics and stories\nCollaborate with Engineering Leads and Development Teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.\nMaintain a detailed execution plan for all deliverables with lowest level of granularity tracking originally committed date, current target date, RAG status and status commentary\nUnderstand system architecture, data flows, and integration points across front-to-back systems.\nParticipate in testing, validation, and release sign-off to ensure business requirements are met.\nGather user feedback to identify and prioritize enhancements thus encouraging a continuous improvement culture within the product and delivery teams.\nLead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, review, and retrospective participation.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent as Product Owner, Product Manager or BAPM in Sell Side or Buy Side firms in Global Markets Business\nExperience in Trade Capture, Lifecycle and Risk in one or more asset classes\nDemonstrable experience in running complex F2B projects with stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office\nStrong Communicator with good attention to detail\nAbility to context switch between multiple initiatives \nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExperience in Commodities\nTechnical expertise in
