You will ensure integrity of process by creating samples which are representative of the entire customer base, through extensive auditing and validation. Through the application of highly technical skills, you will create customer data sample files across all lines of business which are used to generate insights to better our customer’s experiences.\nJob responsibilities\nLeverage a variety of analytical and statistical applications (SQL, Snowflake,Python etc.) to describe, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.\nIdentify customer interactions and events across a variety of channels (calls, branch, online, emails etc.) to target customers for survey invitations.\nWrangle, prepare and validate data from multiple diverse data sources in preparation for file creation.\nIndependently deliver recurring data files in accordance with client SLAs.\nFacilitate requirement definitions, design, testing, and code implementation for survey data to measure customer satisfaction. \nPartner closely and collaborate with data management teams, strategy teams, and other analytics resources across multiple functional teams.\nConstruct process documentation and workflow capture.\nAid in presentations summarizing code logic and data sourcing.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nBachelor's degree required in Operations Research, Market Research, or a related field with 6+ years of related experience\nProficient with SQL, Python and other analysis tools.\nExperience using common relational database systems;
