enhanced offer engagement.\nDevelop analyst friendly data products that provide easily accessible business insights\nDeep dive into data with strong desire to understand “why” and drive increased business value by collaborating with cross-functional teams through descriptive, diagnostic, and inferential analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.\nManage the personalization data roadmap, overseeing backlog, requirements, and prioritization to ensure effective delivery of strategic objectives.\nLead discovery efforts for new initiatives, determining and refining business and customer value propositions.\nWork closely with technology partners to evaluate technical feasibility and data availability for new projects\nRefine and prioritize user stories to align with consumer experience requirements and business goals.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:\nBachelor’s and Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Data Science/Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related fields)\n5+ years of experience in applying statistical methods to real world problems \nStrong experience with SQL including merging data from various sources \nExperience with visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation \nExperience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture Insight/Visual Sciences, Webtrends, CoreMetrics, etc.)\nSuperior written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:\nMarketing, Originations, and or Sales analytics experience preferred.\nKnowledge of data governance and compliance
