You will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements, produce solution documentation, and manage end-to-end delivery from intake through production, ensuring appropriate controls, approvals, and audit readiness.\nJob responsibilitiesManage delivery of multiple small-to-medium initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and keeping work on track.\nGather and clarify requirements, confirming scope, success measures, and key decisions needed.\nProduce clear delivery documentation, including business requirements documents, solution designs, process maps, and procedures.\nDesign and build automation workflows using Alteryx in alignment with defined requirements and controls.\nDevelop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions, such as dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting.\nPerform data analysis and validation to support reporting accuracy, trend analysis, and root-cause exploration.\nProvide executive-ready status updates, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and approvals required.\nIdentify risks and issues early, escalate appropriately, and support corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\nExecute defined testing activities, including test execution, defect documentation, retest coordination, and user acceptance testing support.\nAssess process impacts and recommend additional stakeholder engagement to address workflow gaps, change impacts, and operational readiness.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills2 years of experience in business analysis, delivery, process improvement, controls, process automation, business reporting, or data analysis.\nExperience building automation workflows using Alteryx.\nAlteryx Core Certification.\nExperience with Python for automation and data analysis.\nExperience with SQL for querying and analysis.\nExperience creating business requirements documents and solution design documentation.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for analysis, documentation, and presentations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across levels.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently and coordinate work across a matrixed environment.\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsExperience supporting reporting or automation in a consumer finance, servicing, or operations environment.\nExperience with business intelligence and automation tools such as Qlik and Power Platform tools.\nFamiliarity with workflow and e-signature tools used in operations environments.\nAll application requirements (including updated resume - please include specifics of your career) should be posted, submitted and completed in the Oracle tool.\nInternal Application Eligibility Requirements\nTENURE:\nMust meet minimum employment tenure requirement.
