You will build automated validation frameworks, integration testing capabilities, and release assurance processes that enable hardened RHEL platforms to be delivered confidently across physical, virtualized, and containerized environments.\nWorking across platform engineering, automation, and quality engineering, you will solve complex compatibility challenges spanning operating systems, databases, application platforms, partner agents, and container ecosystems.\nWhat You'll Do\nEngineer, test, and validate hardened RHEL server images.\nBuild automated validation frameworks and integration test harnesses.\nDevelop CI/CD-driven validation pipelines with measurable quality gates.\nValidate platform compatibility across VMware, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container runtimes.\nImprove observability using logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerting.\nDefine compatibility standards, contract tests, and validation criteria with partner teams.\nEnhance release readiness, reliability, and software supply chain controls.\nApply modern engineering practices and AI-assisted tooling to improve quality and engineering productivity.\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong hands-on RHEL administration and troubleshooting experience.\nExpertise in automation using Python, Go, Bash, and/or Ansible.\nExperience designing automated test frameworks and integration validation solutions.\nStrong CI/CD and release engineering experience.\nExperience with containers, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and virtualization technologies.\nKnowledge of observability platforms, OpenTelemetry, and modern platform engineering practices.\nStrong root-cause analysis, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience building hardened Linux images and image factories.\nExperience validating database and application platform integrations.\nKnowledge of SBOMs, artifact signing, supply-chain security, and SLSA.\nExperience in regulated enterprise environments.\nExperience mentoring engineers and leading technical reviews. \nWhy Join Us?\nYou'll help define how enterprise Linux platforms are validated, released, and operated at scale.
