You will also keep our global team informed on progress, results and risks.\nJob Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deliver full stack software solutions across frontend (Angular) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript) services, applying strong problem-solving skills to break down complex technical challenges.\nLead the US region, ensuring our team of three developers works consistently with global engineering standards, coding practices and delivery processes.\nSet clear priorities and expectations for our regional team, keeping delivery focused on results and holding the team accountable for commitments.\nProvide regular, structured updates to the global team on regional progress, delivery results, risks, and blockers.\nDevelop secure, high-quality production code and review peers’ work to maintain consistency, reliability, and adherence to engineering standards across the region.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI code review assistants) to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed, and champion their effective adoption within the regional team.\nMentor and support the developers on the regional team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.\nIdentify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve the overall operational stability of applications and systems.\nPartner with the Engineering Manager and the Product Manager to align regional delivery with the broader product roadmap and sprint planning.\nEscalate and resolve regional delivery risks, dependencies, and resourcing concerns in a timely manner, ensuring transparency with global stakeholders.\nParticipate in communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and adoption of modern tooling, patterns, and best practices.\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines.\nFormal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience delivering production software.\nHands-on practical experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle, including system design, application development, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and operational support.\nProven experience in frontend development with Angular, including state management and testing with Testing Library.\nProven experience building RESTful APIs with Node.js and TypeScript, and writing and maintaining unit, functional and integration tests.\nDemonstrated experience leading or coordinating the work of other developers, with accountability for a team’s delivery consistency and quality.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including global or distributed teams, providing structured updates on progress and results and translating business requirements into actionable technical plans.\nExperience working collaboratively in agile teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning);
