(secure coding, peer review, automated testing) and promoting reuse of effective patterns across the team.\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.\nStrong analysis, research, investigation, and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving.\nProficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Java/Spring Boot, Scala, and/or .Net.\nHands-on with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and AWS CDK.\nExperience developing and running data pipelines using PySpark and good debugging skills.\nExperience managing and developing/deploying on Cloud (private cloud or public cloud).\nWorking knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and other container technologies.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools, including Dynatrace, Open Telemetry (OTEL), Prometheus, Datadog, and Grafana, particularly in dashboard development.\nKnowledge of GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SONAR, SPLUNK, Maven, AIM and Continuous Delivery tools.\nDemonstrated experience using and leading effective use of enterprise-authorized, AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) to support SRE workflows - with strong validation habits and the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.\nStrong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations;
