Responsibilities\nOversees product management and delivery for engineering books of work, creating JIRA epics and stories where necessary\n\nWorks with the application owners to understand application breaks and work with the engineering team to fix breaks before their due dates.\n\nRespond to audit RFIs for owned product lines\n\nGathers and analyzes customer feedback, and usage data to continually improve the product and enhance user experience\n\nEnsure product controls are aligned to and assessed against the firmsThreat Scenarios and Risk Framework to model a comprehensive view of control gaps and effectiveness\n\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:\nFormal training or certification with 5+ years of experience in a product/program management role within enterprise technology\n\nExtensive knowledge of application break lifecycles including the ability to manage and understand technical application breaks\n\nExtensive knowledge of agile processes including capacity planning and Kanban methodologies.\n\nExtensive knowledge of audit request lifecycles and the ability to complete RFIs\n\nExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions\n\nPrior experience in cybersecurity is a plus.\n\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:\nStrong communication skills\n\nAbility to explain technical requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nExcellent command of cybersecurity organization practices, operations risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering threats and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies\n\nExpertise in Agile and can work within the Kanban
