establishes measurable expectations (e.g., throughput, defect reduction, reliability) and ensures consistent validation, security, resiliency, and reuse of proven patterns.\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to drive efficiency and support capacity unlock initiatives across teams, prioritizing reuse of existing firm technology assets.\nContributes hands-on as a technical lead, writing and reviewing production code in Java, JavaScript, or Python alongside the team.\nIdentifies opportunities to improve operational stability and automate remediation of recurring issues.\nBuilds and maintains a team culture of diversity, inclusion, and engineering excellence.\nAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.\nDemonstrated experience with AI-assisted software development tools and ability to coach engineers on validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.\nStrong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and experience coaching engineers on safe, compliant adoption.\nHands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.\nAdvanced skills in Python.\nExperience leading multi-team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and delivery tools, including defining governance/ways of working (human-in-the-loop validation, quality gates), measuring outcomes, and ensuring secure handling of sensitive inputs/outputs.\nStrong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, resiliency/security implications, and control expectations;
