coding assist tools within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity (e.g., code generation/refactoring, unit test creation, documentation), while validating outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards.\n\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation\n\nApply domain modeling techniques to structure software for clarity, testability, and evolution\n\nDevelop secure, high-quality production code; review, debug, and improve code written by others\n\nIdentify opportunities to eliminate or automate recurring remediation to improve operational stability\n\nPromptly investigate and resolve issues and ensure they do not resurface; keep technologies and patterns current\n\nAdditionally, you will design solutions that avoid single points of failure and support scalable patterns (including zero-downtime releases and optimized data performance where applicable)\n\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience\n\nExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code across the whole Software Development Life Cycle in a large corporate environment\n\nHands-on practical experience in software engineering experience as a full stack developer, with heavy emphasis on modern frontend development\n\nProficiency with modern frontend stacks (JavaScript/TypeScript) and React (Angular acceptable if strong React capability can be demonstrated)\n\nProficient in Java/Spring Boot, with experience applying microservices architecture patterns.\n\nStrong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and preprocessors such as Sass/LESS\n\nHands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, testing, troubleshooting, or documentation) with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs.\n\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations.\n\nExposure to agile methodologies
