Raise them early, propose solutions, and drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture without waiting to be asked.\nUse enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity (e.g., code generation/refactoring, unit test creation, documentation). Validate outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards, and share learnings and reusable patterns with the team.\nApply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle tools, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase the value realized by automation.\nProduce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and be accountable for making sure design constraints are met in code.\nGather, analyze, and synthesize large, diverse data sets, and build visualizations and reporting for continuous improvement of applications and systems.\nContribute actively to team ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. concepts and applied experience, 3+ years applied experience.\nHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for mission-critical, high-volume financial services applications\nProven experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages - for this role, Java (Spring / Spring Boot) and SQL (Oracle), including MyBatis and/or Hibernate data-access layers\nExperience building and consuming RESTful services and event-driven integrations (Apache Kafka); experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular / React / TypeScript) is a plus\nExperience operating services on containerized / cloud-native infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes/GKP) with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / Jules), source control (Bitbucket/Git), and work tracking (JIRA)\nHands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation), with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; ability to guide peers on safe and effective usage within team practices\nOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life
