uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.\nHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.\nExperience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API development, and one or more database querying languages.\nHands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools.\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including the ability to guide peers.\nExperience with distributed databases and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines\nOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExposure to AWS cloud technologies such as EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, or Lambda.\nPractical experience using AI-assisted developer tools and AI agents (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent) to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and
