contributes learnings and reusable patterns to improve broader team effectiveness.\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3+ years of applied experience.\nHands-on experience in performance and load testing using JMeter and/or BlazeMeter.\nExperience testing contact center / telephony applications (voice, IVR, chat) and familiarity with tools such as Hammer and Cyara.\nExperience with AWS cloud services and Amazon Connect (or comparable cloud contact center platform).\nProficient in at least one object-oriented programming language and SQL;
