Primarily this involves Engineering, assisting operation teams, monitoring, controls.\nManagement and monitoring of the Trading Voice infrastructure.\nPerform ready for business checks.\nL3 Engineering and Troubleshooting any Trading Voice related issues.\nCertify new Software releases and assess new features. \nAdhere to Internal Controls and procedures.\nEnsure deadlines and SLA are met.\nBe part of the change process around production activities and review Vendor Provided SoWs.\nLiaise with external partners and vendors for support and change management.\nEnsuring appropriate escalation to management as soon as an issue is escalated.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n5+ Years’ experience in Trader Voice Engineering \nKnowledge of Trader Voice systems (IPC systems, Hoots, Private Lines, Cloud9 …etc.)\nDeep SIP protocol and VoIP Telephony expertise\nExperience with running software in a VDI environment \nExperience with running VMs on ESXi and KVM environment \nExperience with database technologies (MySQL, MS SQL), administration and query search operations.\nUnderstanding of CISCO telephony, MS Teams, Skype for Business applications.\nUnderstanding of Private wires and Hoot Networks\nUnderstanding of Voice Recording NTR, NTRX, Compass systems\n\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nDetailed-oriented and organized.\nAbility to work independently and as a part of a cross-functional global team.\nProfessional experience, documenting, planning, and managing platforms through their life cycle.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nDesire to learn and adapt to new technology skillsets.\nStrong customer-service and interpersonal skills.\nKnowledge of standard methodologies of Service Delivery (Agile, ITIL, ITSM)\nExperience of working in a financial institution in
