Your story starts here!\nResponsibilities\n Campaign Performance & A/B Testing: Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and bonus mechanics to maximize return on investment (ROI). \nPlayer Analytics & Insight: Conducting deep-dive analyses into player behavior, VIP activity, and churn. \nCustomer Segmentation: Extracting behavioral insights from the customer database to build, maintain, and segment highly targeted audiences for personalized communications. \nReporting & Forecasting: Preparing regular performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights for senior management and marketing/ CRM teams. \nTool Utilization: Leveraging leading marketing automation and CRM platform to track user journeys, ad-hoc sends, and overall program health. \nRequirements\nAt least 4 years in marketing analytics or a data-driven CRM role, with specialized experience in iGaming (Sportsbook, Casino, or Crypto) as a must. \nStrong numerical and statistical analysis skills, with high proficiency in interpreting large datasets. \nHands-on experience with advanced CRM systems (e.g., FastTrack, Smartico, Customer.io or Optimove).\nFamiliarity with business intelligence and data tools such as Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, or Python.Proficiency in Excel is essential\nFluent in English, both written and oral\nBenefits\nCompetitive Salary \nBonus Scheme\nAccess to LinkedIn Learning programs as well as funding to educational programs of your choice\nMonthly allowance for orders via the Wolt App & free drinks and snacks at the office\nPaid educational leave\nHybrid working model\nModern offices in the center of Athens\n360 feedback for Constant personal and professional development\n6 Company Extra Days off!\nDiversity, Equity & Inclusion\nAt Campeón Gaming, we believe every story deserves to be heard and valued.
