Your story starts here!\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a proactive, people-oriented professional who is organized, communicative, and excited to support HR, Communications, and the smooth day-to-day operations of our Cyprus office.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport core HR administrative processes and maintain accurate employee records. \nAct as the first point of contact for employees' day-to-day questions, escalating to the HR team where needed. \nSupport the onboarding process and the overall new-hire experience in the Cyprus office. \nPlan and coordinate internal events, employee engagement activities, and office traditions that build culture and connection. \nHelp design and run initiatives that keep the Cyprus office a great place to work as the team scales. \nSupport the HR and Communications teams with internal office communications, updates, and announcements. \nRepresent Campéon Gaming at select external activities, partnerships, or community/industry events in Cyprus. \nContribute to Employer Branding efforts that help us attract talent as we grow our local presence. \nOversee smooth day-to-day office operations: meeting rooms management, calendars, correspondence, supplies, and guest experience. \nEnsure the Cyprus office runs efficiently and reflects Campéon Gaming's culture to every employee and visitor. \nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, communications, or office coordination role. \nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English. \nA genuine interest in HR, internal communications, or event coordination - and appetite to grow across both. \nComfort being a visible, external-facing representative of the company (partnerships, events, community activities). \nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). \nA Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus, but not required - we care more about attitude and aptitude. \nA proactive, service-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. \nBenefits\nCompetitive Salary\nBonus Scheme\nAccess to LinkedIn Learning programs as well as funding to educational programs of your choice\nMonthly allowance for orders via the Wolt App & free drinks and snacks at the office\nPaid educational leave\nHybrid working model\nModern offices in the center of Nicosia\n360 feedback for Constant personal and professional development\n6 Company Extra Days off!\nDiversity, Equity & Inclusion\nAt Campeón Gaming, we believe every story deserves to be heard and valued.
