Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nMaintains a thorough knowledge of RV parts and accessories\nExceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations\nAbility to greet, educate and sell RV products to customers\nSchedule appointments with designated staff\nCoordinates readiness of the unit\nServes as the point of contact between staff and customer\nDemonstrates features and proper use of the vehicle, show the customer navigation, (i.e. help them connect Bluetooth to their mobile phone)\nMakes sure customer is aware of status of unit\nMakes sure unit is ready for customer on day of delivery\nMay cross train to perform other duties (Service Writer, Cashier)\nPerforms other miscellaneous duties as assigned\nQualifications\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent is required\n\nLicense & Certifications:Valid driver’s license and good driving record is preferred\n\nExperience:One year of RV dealership experience or RV owner highly preferred \nMinimum 6 months customer service background preferred\n\nAbilities: Must have intermediate computer skills\nMust have excellent organizational and follow-up skills\nWorking knowledge of policies and procedure of RV sales and service departments is preferred\nProficient with MS Office\nKnowledge or ability to learn company system applications, including Motility Systems2K and other software as applicable\nRequires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files, and reports\nAbility to bend or sit for long periods of time\nAbility to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds \n\nCamper’s Inn RV is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
