Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable\nGreets and directs visitors to the company\nTakes and retrieves messages for various personnel\nProvides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information\nKeeps customer lounge and reception areas clean and ensure refreshments are available\nCoordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) \nAssists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies \nAssists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating, keeping customers area(s) clean and organized.\nAny other duties as needed by management\nQualifications\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent is required\n\nLicense & Certifications:\nExperience: A minimum of one year experience preferred. \nExperience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.\n\nAbilities: Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to multi task in a fast paced environment\nProfessional personal presentation \nCustomer service oriented \nInformation management\nOrganizing and planning\nAttention to detail\nReliability\nProficiency in Microsoft Suite office\nKnowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K and other applicable software\nAbility to bed or sit for long periods of time\nAbility to be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds\nAbility to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports\n\nCamper’s Inn RV is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
