Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nFollow our trusted door to deal sales process\nManage a team of sales specialists that focus on creating a customer’s perfect “Away” \nIdentify revenue programs and facilitate finance, legal and sales practices\nOversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned team\nParticipate in client interactions to ensure cross-training, customer satisfaction and management involvement regularly\nEnsure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional\nStay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory\nBe enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees and management\nAttend RV Shows and location events as needed\nQualifications\nEducation: Bachelors degree in business or equivalent experience in a related field is strongly preferred\n\nLicense & Certifications:Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required\nMust obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations\n\nExperience:A minimum of four years of RV sales management experience or experience in an automotive or RV dealership is strongly preferred\n\nAbilities: Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills\nAbility to work flexible hours, as required is essential.
