We are scaling quickly and building the future of finance by giving teams the clarity, control, and strategic visibility they need to lead with confidence.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an Implementation Manager to lead customer implementations from start to finish. This is a fully execution-focused role responsible for ensuring customers successfully launch and start using the platform.\nImplementation Managers own the entire implementation process, including kickoff, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live, and transition to Support or Customer Experience. The role requires strong project management, technical understanding of the platform, and clear communication with customers.\nYou will work closely with customers and internal teams to keep implementations moving, identify risks early, and ensure a smooth and successful launch.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through go-live\n\nLead implementation projects with a focus on aligning the platform to each customer’s accounting workflows and financial reporting needs\n\nConfigure the platform based on customer chart of accounts, reporting structures, and operational requirements\n\nManage data migration from source systems (ERP, GL, spreadsheets) and ensure accuracy of financial data\n\nLead testing and validation of financial workflows, reporting outputs, and system configuration\n\nIdentify risks or discrepancies early across data, processes, or timelines and drive resolution with internal teams\n\nServe as the primary customer contact throughout implementation, providing clear communication and guidance\n\nPartner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to resolve technical or workflow challenges\n\nEnsure a smooth transition to Customer Success and Support after go-live\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nCustomers successfully go live with financial workflows and reporting fully operational\n\nFinancial data and reporting outputs reconcile accurately after migration\n\nCustomers are confident using the platform to manage core accounting processes at launch\n\nImplementations stay on schedule with minimal rework post go-live\n\nClear documentation and smooth handoff to the post-implementation team\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBackground in accounting or finance\n\nExperience in accounting, finance, or supporting financial workflows within ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle).\n\nStrong understanding of accounting processes and financial workflows (GL, reporting, close, reconciliations)\n\nExperience leading software implementations or complex system rollouts\n\nComfort working with financial data, system configuration, and data migration\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks early\n\nClear communication with finance stakeholders and technical teams, with a strong client-first mindset\n\nAbility to manage multiple implementations in a fast-paced
