Implementation Manager to lead our most complex customer implementations and help strengthen how implementations are delivered across the team.\nSenior Implementation Managers partner closely with finance leaders and technical teams to deploy the platform across complex accounting environments, ensuring financial workflows, reporting structures, and data migrations are implemented accurately.\nIn addition to leading implementations, this role helps evolve our implementation approach by contributing to playbooks, migration patterns, and internal best practices.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the most complex and high-impact customer implementations from kickoff through go-live\n\nGuide customers through configuring the platform to align with their accounting workflows, financial reporting structures, and operational processes\n\nOversee complex financial data migrations from ERP, GL, and related financial systems while ensuring data accuracy\n\nLead testing and validation of financial workflows, reporting outputs, and system configuration\n\nIdentify risks or financial/data discrepancies early and drive solutions to keep implementations on track\n\nServe as a senior point of contact for customers and an escalation resource for Implementation Managers\n\nPartner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to resolve complex workflow or technical challenges\n\nContribute to improving implementation playbooks, migration approaches, and internal best practices\n\nEnsure a smooth transition to Customer Experience or Support after go-live\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nCustomers successfully launch with core financial workflows and reporting fully operational\n\nComplex financial data migrations reconcile accurately after implementation\n\nImplementations stay on schedule with minimal rework or escalations\n\nImplementation Managers have support when navigating challenging customer situations\n\nImprovements to implementation playbooks and processes that strengthen how the team operates\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong experience leading complex software implementations or financial system deployments\n\nDeep understanding of accounting processes and financial workflows (GL, close, reporting, reconciliations)\n\nBackground in accounting, finance, consulting, or financial systems implementation (CPA strongly preferred)\n\nExperience working with ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle\n\nComfort managing complex data migrations, system configuration, and financial data validation\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and customers\n\nAbility to mentor and guide team members while leading complex implementations\n\nAbility to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced
