As an Acquisition and Purchasing Agent, you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers inquiring about selling their RV.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPrimary responsibilities are to present purchase and consignment options to prospective customers, close the opportunity, and schedule appointments\n\nPromptly respond to incoming leads, emails, and text messages\n\nFollow communication “word scripts” when working customer leads\n\nLog all conversations in our call system database\n\nUtilize multiple CRM systems efficiently\n\nConduct research information using available resources\n\nMaintain strong interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented mindset\n\nRemain organized and manage tasks effectively\n\nThrive in a fun, fast paced, dynamic call center environment\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:\nHigh School education or equivalent\n\n1-3 years of experience in a call center environment\n\nSelf-starter\n\nStrong organizational abilities\n\nSales Oriented mindset\n\nPrevious RV Sales experience is preferred\n\nSuperior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal\n\nMust maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic\n\nAbility to work a flexible shift including evenings and weekends with extended periods of sitting\n\nGeneral Compensation Disclosure\nThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $60,000 - $75,000 or more.
