The Acquisition Business Admin will help support the dealership with sales paperwork, inventory management and other tasks.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMaintain Dealership inventory through stocking in pre-owned inventory\nReceive, scan, and maintain documents in our database system. \nOversee title and registration work processes and procedures including MSOs, POAs and other documentation\nAssist the management team in running an efficient, organized department\nMaintain high standards of accuracy and assure compliance with company and other applicable policies and procedures\nProvide excellent customer service and customer relations\nWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role\nExcellent knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in maintaining calendars, word processing, spreadsheets (MS Outlook, Word, and Excel).\nKnowledge of RV dealership accounting systems (IDS)\nStrong attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization\nKnowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands\nMay hold up to 25 lbs.\nGeneral Compensation Disclosure\nThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
