This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions. Successful team members canearn up to $65,000 or more annually based on performance.\nThe Delivery Coordinator serves as the key link between Sales and Service, ensuring a seamless preparation and delivery process for all new and used RVs. This role delivers consistently exceptional and professional experience for every guest, from the point of sale through the completion of delivery.\nWhat you’ll do:\nCustomer Experience & Delivery\nGuide new owners through the delivery process while promoting accessories and supplies that enhance their camping experience.\nEnsure a thorough and professional RV demonstration occurs for every new owner.\nPerform final quality inspection prior to delivery.\nIntroduce guests to the Service Advisor team and schedule their first service appointment.\nFollow up with guests within 24 hours of delivery to confirm satisfaction and encourage survey participation.\nWork Order & Coordination\nCreate and manage all work orders for preparation and delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PDI Menu billing guidelines.\nCreate and submit all “Owed to Customer” work orders using the approved process and turn them over to External Advisors for completion.\nTrack all work orders through completion and final billing.\nAttend the daily 2.3.8. meeting to provide delivery updates on all sold units (SA).\nCommunicate proactively with Sales and F&I Managers regarding any potential delivery delays.\nMonitor shop workload to coordinate spot deliveries as needed.\nLot Preparation & Trade-Ins\nOversee lot preparation for all new RVs, ensuring each is prepped, warranty work completed, and ready for immediate delivery.\nCreate work orders for all trade-ins (inspection and reconditioning) and perform quality control upon completion.\nSales Process Engagement\nConfirm delivery date and time with Sales.\nReview all sale inclusions for accuracy.\nEnsure delivery-day expectations are clearly communicated to each customer.\nAdministrative & Other Duties\nMaintain accurate delivery documentation, including keys, owner’s manuals, warranties, and paperwork.\nPerform additional administrative duties and other essential tasks as assigned.\nWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:\nMinimum one year of customer service experience preferred\nStrong communication skills, verbal and written\nExcellent organization and follow-up abilities\nProficient computer and multitasking skills\nStrong independent problem-solving ability\nAbility to follow department procedures and policies\nExcellent customer relations and clerical accuracy\nValid driver's license preferred\nGeneral Compensation Disclosure\nThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
