For career advancement, we offer a variety of training options, Educational Assistance Benefits along with our strong preference to promote from within providing strong pathways to help your career development.\nWhat You'll Do:\nProcess merchandise according to Camping World policies and procedures to ensure merchandise is distributed efficiently and accurately.\n\nReceive incoming merchandise, Inventory sorting or counting, processing orders, picking merchandise, packaging, and shipping merchandise.\n\nVerify required inbound/outbound documents/labels to ensure merchandise counts are accurate and product is free of damage.\n\nUse RF Scanners, computers, and handheld printers.\n\nOperate material handling equipment safely up to the height of 30 feet.\n\nCommunicate system and merchandise issues to the Leadership Team.\n\nCommunicate issues with equipment, product, or structure immediately.\n\nComplete all duties assigned, including general warehouse duties when business needs require it.\n\nMaintain a clean and orderly work area.\n\nWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent.\n\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\n\nAbility to perform basic tasks such as reading, counting, basic math calculations.\n\nMinimum of one year experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Material Management preferred.\n\nBe a team player and have a cooperative mindset.\n\nBe punctual and ready to work.\n\nFlexibility in work assignments is essential.\n\nMust be willing to be cross trained as business needs dictate.\n\nBe willing to learn all types of equipment used in the DC.\n\nPhysical Requirements Include:\nStanding, walking, pushing, pulling, squating, bending, and reaching during shifts.\n\nLifting up to 50 lbs. and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistive devices.\n\nGeneral Compensation Disclosure\nThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
