After 30 days, you take control of your earning potential: choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual effective date will be communicated to align with monthly and pay period cycles.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nTake the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs\n\nConduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations\n\nClose sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team\n\nFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer\n\n What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is required\n\n2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred\n\nMust be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)\n\nBasic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information\n\nValid driver's license required\n\nMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices\n\nPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending\n\nGeneral Compensation Disclosure\nThe estimatedtotal annualcompensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.\nIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
