Title clerks must be organized, and detail oriented in handling files and maintaining documents.\nWhat You'll Do:\nProcess the acquisition of titles from original owners\nMake lien payoffs\nTitle transfers to the receiving dealership\nEnsures accurate and timely titling/registrations of vehicles\nRecord and maintain new and used inventory on IDS Accounting System\nWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n2+ years' experience in title work\nWorking knowledge/understanding of title requirements in every state of the U.S. is helpful\nFamiliarity with DMV rules and requirements\nKnowledge of loan origination functions mandatory\nKnowledge of State Tax Codes\nKnowledge of Sales Tax for multi states\nMicrosoft office experience preferred\nDetailed oriented and well organized\nExcellent verbal/written communication skills\nMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices\nGeneral Compensation Disclosure\nThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
