This team is composed of dedicated Admissions Counselors, Team Leads, Trainers, and operational partners who work collaboratively to meet enrollment goals while upholding Campus’s values, culture, and standards of excellence.\nAbout the role\nThe Admissions Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of 7-10 Admissions Counselors, ensuring they achieve their enrollment goals, and maintaining the overall operations and culture of the admissions department. This includes managing the team funnel, conducting regular pipeline reviews, sharing new information, and holding team members accountable.\nYou’re excited about this opportunity because you will…\nDirectly manage a team of 7-10 Admissions Counselors, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their individual goals.\n\nEncourage teamwork and foster a collaborative positive culture within the admissions department.\n\nAct as both a coach and manager, assisting with day-to-day operations\n\nOversee and support the counselors in managing their pipelines and ensuring accurate record-keeping.\n\nConduct regular pipeline reviews to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure that enrollment targets are met.\n\nMonitor counselors' performance, ensuring they can support prospective students effectively.\n\nEngage with individual admission counselors to ensure they meet their personal daily, weekly and cohort goals.\n\nLearn and master operational aspects of the admissions department and become an expert in programs and processes.\n\nReport to management on lead quality, volume, and any trends affecting their team.\n\nRecommend strategies for operational improvements to management.\n\nEnsure new information, processes, and updates are communicated effectively to the team, and hold counselors accountable for adherence.\n\nAct as both coach and manager, Score 2-3 intro calls weekly/AC and provide constructive feedback and identify skill gaps during coaching calls.\n\nDevelop methods to motivate the team to meet their goals.\n\nProfessionally develop Admissions Counselors through weekly 1-1 sessions and by working with the trainer to develop leadership training.\n\nWork with the Director and Trainer to onboard new counselors.\n\nRecommend additional training, improvement plans, or disciplinary actions for counselors as needed.\n\nMentor and coach counselors for skill development and potential promotion.\n\nDelegate responsibilities fairly and lead by example.\n\nLead by example while delegating roles and responsibilities in a fair and equitable manner.\n\nWe’re excited about you because…\nExpertise in the operational aspects of admissions.\n\nAbility to foster teamwork and maintain a positive culture.\n\nStrong management, coaching, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to develop and implement strategies for team success.\n\nLeadership qualities that inspire confidence and growth within the team.\n\nRequired:\nExtensive experience in admissions recruitment or high-volume student-facing sales environments\n\nPrior leadership/management experience with direct-reports\n\nDemonstrated ability to coach teams toward performance goals\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nHigh emotional intelligence and ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics\n\nStrong analytical and reporting skills\n\nThis role requires in-office attendance three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) as an essential function to support student engagement, coaching, and team collaboration.
