# Paralegal Instructor

About the Role Campus is seeking experienced, mission-driven, student-centered Paralegal Studies Instructors to deliver high-impact, online courses as part of our ABA-approved Paralegal Studies Program. This role is ideal for legal professionals and educators who are passionate about student success, thrive in virtual learning environments, and are excited to prepare the next generation of practice-ready paralegals. You’ll join a growing network of faculty dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences for students from all backgrounds, particularly those historically underserved by higher education. In this role, you'll prepare students for careers in the legal profession by teaching practical legal research, writing, document preparation, and case analysis through assignments that reflect real-world legal practice. You'll also integrate legal technology and AI tools where appropriate while reinforcing professional responsibility, ethical decision-making, and the skills employers expect from practice-ready paralegals.
