Anticipate and prepare future training needs in line with business needs and growth.\nActivities to be delegated:\nDay to day operations to be delegated to PMs, OD to provide guidance on planning and efficiency.\nDay to day EHS monitoring to be delegated to EHS manager but monitored closely.\nWeekly planning to be delegated to PM, OD to validate\nP&L preparation to be delegated, however OD to review and ensure P&L meets Camusat expectation.\n\nInitial training and Required experiences\nMinimum of a MBA Business Management,\nStrong operational experience in Telecommunications: ideally has worked in a senior management role for 10+ years in a socially responsible organization with progressive experience leading to at least 5 years’ experience in operational/administrative management.\nRequired skills\nTechnical Leadership\nSetting operational KPI\nBe able to recruit, train and lead the technical team\nChampion EHS adherence in the organization\nTechnical Skills\nHave knowledge of the process and most efficient process\nHave knowledge/idea of the right standards\nBusiness Minded\nHave industry knowledge\nHave interest in the cost of doing business\nBe performance oriented with an aim of reducing cost\nDecision making\nQualities\nPersonal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of the Company,\nFlexible and able to multi-task,\nCan work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions;
