You will be responsible for assisting a manager with all aspects of the restaurant and Playmakers. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy leading a team, we would love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nAssists the Aaltos Manager in their absence with the day-to-day restaurant operations and makes decisions within Aaltos including labor, customer experiences and sanitation to ensure profitability through restaurant presentation, guest service, and daily operational cost control\nSupport the Aaltos Manager to select, hire, train, lead and manage staff\nEnsure the full execution of running quality shifts, driving sales and profit performance of the restaurant is consistently achieved.\nControl inventory, respond to customer complaints, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.\nProcesses guest restaurant bills promptly and accurately\nChecks the overall condition of the dining room, and lounge ensuring its readiness and comfort for guests\nAll other duties as required.\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in restaurants\nStrong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management\nThis position offers the potential for up to 40 hours per week.
