You will also be responsible for maintaining contract related information for all Advisors for compensation purposes and providing a high level of customer service through accurate interpretation and communication.\nWhat you will do\nObtain all necessary contractual and licensing information for the processing of advisors’ contracts\nDetermine advisors’ eligibility and ensure the timely processing of all contractual paperwork\nProcess advisors’ transfers and buy/sells, including the transfer of inforce policies as per process guidelines\nEnsure compliance of contractual and licensing obligations, monitor, and audit data in the Siebel Management system and various other databases/systems\nCreate, amend, and delete pertinent name, address, banking, and contract related information on advisor contracts\nProvide a high level of customer service through the timely and accurate processing and administration of incoming correspondence\nRespond to inquiries received and handle unique and complex issues and problems as they arise\n\nWhat you will bring\nInsurance or industry related experience\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong commitment to provide exceptional customer service\nStrong analytical ability, problem solving and conflict resolution skills\nStrong organizational skills and detail oriented\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize work effectively and meet strict service deadlines\nAbility to work in a team environment and learn quickly\nStrong adaptability to change\nBilingual (English/French) skills would be an asset\nKnowledge of Siebel, FASAT, Ingenium and MS Office is preferred\n\nGiven the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London, Toronto and Winnipeg.\n-\nThe base salary for this position is between $45,600 - $68,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
