French is an asset.\nPost-secondary education\nStrong critical thinking skills with an analytical approach\nAdept with numbers, formulas and ability to read, compare and understand data\nUnderstanding the end-to-end sales process and how each part of the process impacts the next\nIntermediate to advanced skill in Excel, with a keen ability to learn and work within other software programs (RS4, ARC, Salesforce, etc.)\nComfortable using MS Office 365 (One Note, One Drive, Word, Teams, and Outlook)\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nAttention to detail is key to succeed in this role\nGood problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment.\nKnowledge of the group benefits industry would be considered an asset.\nWe offer a challenging, team-oriented work environment, competitive income and benefits, and opportunities for professional and personal development and growth.\n-\nThe base salary for this position is between $45,600 - $68,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
