Working front line with our business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders, this role is highly visible and collaborative to deliver initiatives on time and within budget. This is a senior professional role that combines strong Project Management, Business Relationship and Change Management skills.\nWhat you will do\nAccountable for ensuring the successful end to end delivery of projects within our internal IT application and project delivery frameworks.\nSets up projects, resources, financials and schedule, proactively flagging variances that may jeopardize delivery.\nWorks effectively with limited supervision across external parties, cross-organization stakeholders and business partners to keep the project team on track, motivated and engaged.\nDevelops detailed project plans, stakeholder matrix, RAID logs, cut over plans and financial summaries.\nWork with third party vendors to develop integrated project plans, ensuring vendors meet deliverables on schedule and budget.\nProactively works to resolve issues and remove roadblocks across project teams, proactively identifies potential issues before negatively impacting the project. \nConfidently leads and facilitates project meetings/scrums ensuring a high degree of communication and documentation are provided; meeting materials, distribute meeting minutes, update program scorecards. \nDevelops presentations and dashboards for a variety of audiences (Executives, Operations, Core Teams, etc.) to show schedule, financials and resources consumption (e.g. Burn Rates, slippage, etc.)\nConducts post implementation reviews.\nEfficiently communicates to stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress. \nEnsures project documentation is up to date for all Business and technology documents (kick off, Charters, change management, implementation/cut over plans, decommissioning activities etc.).\nManages IT risk by ensuring consistency with company methodologies, IT cyber and risk controls, standards and financial reporting\nWorking with internal security, risk and compliance to ensure the necessary assessments are created, reviewed, and monitored and proactively addressed in a timely fashion. \nEnsures projects are setup and tracked in our internal system monitoring resource usage against budget allocations.\nDevelops initial project budget and ensures proper mechanisms are in place to manage project change and associated costs proactively. \nIdentifies and documents scope changes for change request documentation and approval management. \nProactively participates and attends internal community of practice events and sessions.\nBe adaptable to the change and be Change Champion!\nMaintains professional certifications.\nWhat you will bring\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, leading software implementations.\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects involving integrations, data migration, or complex technical landscapes. \nMinimum of 5 years’ experience managing project teams, providing coaching and /or feedback to resources.\nSuperior ability to manage stakeholder relationships and provide excellent leaderships skills\nStrong presentation skills and meeting facilitation; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; create effective and compelling presentations; keeps meetings clearly focused on the agenda.\nAbility to manage changing priorities/tight deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment; ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion, and simplify complex situations\nExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills, with the ability to translate complex technical subject matter in business terms for executive audiences, succinctly and professionally.\nDesired qualifications\nPMP certified\nExperience with SAP cloud and on premise or business/transformation initiatives\nExperience with different PM planning tools\n-\nThe base salary for this position is between $80,400 - $130,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
