This involves the development of policies and procedures related to the acquisition, maintenance and disposal of fleet assets as well as accident management and fleet related training. The manager recommends long-range replacement strategies, budget allocations, cost reduction measures and opportunities to improve fleet reliability and image. The Manager is responsible for the development and application of an audit plan to ensure the maintenance programs and execution of maintenance meet the test of due diligence and that maintenance is conducted in accordance with CPC environmental policies.
