Responsible for the delivery of projects in compliance with the Project Management Framework. Create PM guidelines, templates and checklists that support the framework.\nResponsible for coaching internal and external projects teams in PM processes, methodology and project management technique. \nMaintain PM specific asset management and tracking, security access, archiving policies and best practices.\nPrepare supporting documentation for procurement efforts. Review and approve tender documentation, participating in bid submission review and compliance checks.\nResponsible for coordination of contractors, supplier activities, and ensuring alignment with building security guidelines.\nResponsible for validating invoices, accruals, developing forecasts and variance analysis.\nComplete annual project audits and lessons learned.\nCreate and manage the delivery of regular and ad-hoc PM reporting.\nYour experience and skills:\nA university degree or post-secondary education in Project Management is preferred, equivalent experience in a project-oriented environment may be considered.\nPossession or pursuit of the Project Management designation is desired.\nFive years’ experience on risk analysis, project management methodology and organizational change management.\nExperience in building construction/renovation and operations is an asset.\nProficient in MS Project Management, Excel and MS Teams.\nExperience in project scheduling and financial management as it relates to projects.\nStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities.\nSolid leadership, negotiation and conflict management skills. \nAbility to work cohesively in a team environment.\nExcellent verbal and written communications with a client focused outlook.\nInitiative and solid analytical skills are required.\nWe offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work schedules and hybrid work opportunities that foster a healthy work-life balance.
