Canadian Linen seeks a driven Customer Service Representative to take charge of delivering exceptional service and managing accounts for our valued clients.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\nAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll embark on a multifaceted journey involving physical work, driving, delivery, and a seamless blend of customer service and sales.\n\nDelivery Route Operations and Safety Procedures\n Navigate assigned delivery routes, ensuring timely and safe deliveries within an established customer base.\n Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance of company delivery vehicle and equipment, promptly reporting any issues.\n Load delivery vehicle meticulously, anticipating and addressing product shortfalls before departure.\n Employ safe lifting techniques, prioritizing the secure movement of goods.\n Drive truck safely to designated customer locations, executing deliveries efficiently.\n\nProduct Delivery and Pickup\n Deliver and retrieve uniforms, linens, towels, mats, cleaning products, and other rental items.\n Confirm accurate delivery quantities for each customer, reviewing inventories and storage areas during each visit.\n Collect soiled goods and organize them securely in the vehicle.\n\nCustomer Service and Sales\n Secure electronic signatures for invoices and collect necessary payments.\n Foster consistent communication with key customer contacts, building rapport and adding value during each delivery.\n Seek feedback from customers to enhance service levels, addressing inquiries and concerns proactively and timely.\n Consult with customers on additional product options, involving the manager for complex opportunities.\n Collaborate weekly with the manager to devise solutions for current customer needs, identifying opportunities for cross-selling new products.\n\nPost-Delivery Procedures, Reporting, and Professional Standards\n Unload and organize soiled goods upon return to the branch, ensuring a neat and orderly vehicle.\n Report any vehicle accidents, mechanical issues, or malfunctions promptly.\n Maintain the vehicle in a tidy manner and reconcile all delivery data accurately during the route settlement process.\n Demonstrate and develop competencies aligned with the role.\n Uphold company values of integrity, respect, responsibility, and trust steadfastly.\n\nWe are looking for individuals who have:\n A High School Diploma.\n A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract required).\n Experience in physically demanding roles with heavy lifting.\n Proven experience in customer service, sales, and delivery services.\n A track record of punctual work attendance.\n Customer-focused and detail-oriented attributes.\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n Lifting ability of 25 lbs. to load/unload product from truck without assistance and occasionally 50+ lbs.
