If you answered yes, then this may be the job for you!\nWhat will you be doing! \nPreparing assessment work packages (Job Cards, IWP’s, DWP’s) in accordance with established procedures.\nInterfacing with customers to identify the full scope of work and required outcomes.\nVisiting job sites and estimating work content for various trades.\nIdentifying workplace hazards and ensuring appropriate controls are included in planning.\nDetermining materials, special tooling, and support requirements for assigned work.\nCoordinating with engineering and support groups for design input, drawings, and evaluations.\nIdentifying required procedures, manuals, and documentation needed for work plans.\nPreparing detailed work plans that outline job steps, materials, and execution strategy.\nSupporting procurement activities, including estimating and requisitioning materials and equipment.\nMonitoring and expediting material delivery timelines to support scheduling requirements.\nCoordinating with Planning Coordinators to ensure work is scheduled based on accurate information.\nOther duties as assigned by your manager. \nWhat we are looking for:\n Education Successful completion of a recognized apprenticeship in a relevant industrial trade with a minimum of 2 years of related experience; OR\nGraduation from an Institute of Technology (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial maintenance or construction.\n\nExperience Experience in industrial maintenance, construction, or work management planning environments.\n\n Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical and effective solutions.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical teams, supervisors, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nKnowledge of applicable codes and standards, including ASME, Canadian piping and pressure vessel codes, and building systems.\nDemonstrated understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and construction regulations.\nExperience in identifying hazards and incorporating safety requirements into work planning.\nWorking knowledge of maintenance management and work management systems.\nSkilled in software such as MS Word, Excel, and email tools.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and documentation.\nAbility to provide constructive feedback and collaborate to resolve planning and scheduling conflicts.\n\n Security Clearance Eligibility RequiredReliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom.
