This includes fulfilling the role of primary coach and mentor to support and sustain the spread of P.I.E.C.E.S.™ across the continuum of care and to ensure consistency, continuity and standard practice. The PDE works collaboratively with other leaders and educators across southern Saskatchewan to provide education services consistent with the overall P.I.E.C.E.S.™ program direction.\nIn addition to coordinating and promoting the spread of P.I.E.C.E.S.™, the incumbent assesses learning needs of staff, plans, implements, and evaluates education activities/programs as these relate to the care of elderly clients.
