Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, This role involves transporting vulnerable adults with advanced dementia and reduced mobility. Each minibus will have an escort who supports the drivers with pick up and drop of\nDuties\nBe available for planned and unplanned driving, involving some weekends and on call work.\nDrive a minibus on residents outings, helping with activities and care team\nBe a car owner with full driving licence, including full D1 section\nTake full responsibility of minibus, including cleaning and facilitating maintenance\nShift pattern Mon to Sunday 8:45 to 16:45,\nDriving runs - 9:00-11:00am pick up and drop off 14:45 - 16:30.\nDue to the nature of the role the following is required:\nDriver with D1 License (Required)\nConfident and able to drive a minibus (9 seats).\n What you need\nYou will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced care professional who is passionate about providing the best care, thrive on managing a team within a health and social care environment and take pride in building relationships with your clients and care workers.\nDue to the field based elements of the role you must be a driver with your own vehicle.\n Why choose us?\nWe see extraordinary achievements happen every day thanks to the talent and commitment of our people.
