Working closely with senior management, you will help ensure the delivery of safe, responsive and person-centred care, while supporting and developing the care team.\nKey responsibilities include:\nProviding visible leadership and support to care staff on site\n\nEnsuring high standards of care, wellbeing and resident experience\n\nSupporting rota coordination, staffing and daily operational requirements\n\nPromoting compliance with organisational policies, procedures and quality standards\n\nActing as a point of contact for residents, families and internal colleagues\n\nSupporting staff development through coaching, supervision and feedback\n\nThis role requires a calm, organised and professional approach, with the ability to lead by example.\n What We
