You will work closely with Canderel’s sales and marketing teams, gaining exposure to high-profile developments and benefiting from hands-on coaching, mentorship, and strong organizational support.\nResponsibilities:\nIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead follow-up\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents & clients\nExceed sales targets\nStay-up-to date on competition and market trends\nCollaborate with Administration and Marketing departments\nFlexibility to shift gears in a fast-past environment and ability to work independently with minimal direction\nHave thorough understanding of agreements of purchase and sale and sales process of pre-construction developments\nHave great attention to detail, and follow up skills via phone\nStrong closing skills a must\nProvides exceptional buyer experiences to existing and potential buyers\nComputer savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.\nExperience with CRM or other related database management systems\nWorking weekends are required\nWork well in a team environment\nQualifications & Competencies:\nUniversity degree or college diploma\nLicensed Realtor, through RECO, in good standing\n2+ years of real estate sales experience with preference to experience selling high-rise pre-construction condominiums.\nStrong and proven track record of pre-construction high-rise sales working on a multitude of successful sales projects\nMust be self- Motivated and results driven\nHave excellent time management and organizational abilities\nStrong communication and negotiation skills\nFamiliarity with CRM software and tools\nHandle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality\nConflict resolution skills\nStrong communication skills (listening, verbal and written)\nMust have strong relationships with the broker community focusing on pre-construction condominiums\nPossess a sense of urgency, accountability and job ownership\nStrong planning, researching and organizing skills, with strong attention to detail \nStrong work ethic with ability to work long hours during the launch phase of a project. \nCompensation package consists of competitive base pay and commission earned on units sold. \n\nThis posting is for a new vacancy within our organization.
