This role provides foundational HR business partnering experience, supporting the delivery of people programs, employee relations, and organizational initiatives in close partnership with senior HR Business Partners and business leaders.\nThe ideal candidate is an eager learner with strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in building a career in HR business partnering within a fast-paced, global organization.\nKey Responsibilities and Deliverables\nWhat you will be responsible for and what you will do\nSupport North America HR Business Partners in delivering the people strategy for assigned client groups, including performance management, engagement, and talent planning cycles.\nServe as a first point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR questions, policies, and processes, escalating complex issues appropriately.\nAssist with employee relations matters by documenting concerns, conducting basic fact-finding, and partnering with senior HR Business Partners on resolution.\nHelp coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for assigned business units, ensuring a smooth employee experience.\nCompile and analyze HR data and metrics, including attrition, headcount, and engagement, to support HR Business Partner recommendations to business leaders.\nSupport the administration of compensation cycles, promotions, and job-leveling activities in partnership with Total Rewards.\nAssist in preparing materials for employee surveys, talent reviews, organizational design discussions, and workforce planning meetings.\nMaintain accurate employee records and support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.\nContribute to the design and rollout of HR programs, communications, and process improvements, including the company intranet and People team communications.\nBuild strong working relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional HR partners, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development.\nTake ownership of small projects or process improvements as assigned, managing timelines and follow-through.\nQualifications and Experience\nDemonstrated skills, competencies, and required experience\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n0-2 years of experience in HR, HR business partnering, or a related people or business support role; internships will be considered.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
