This role leads complex programs, proactively influences stakeholders, and applies governance practices to ensure clients realize meaningful digital banking and operational improvements through our modern SaaS platform.\nYou will have direction but operate with autonomy, challenge constraints, and continuously improve how we deliver - leveraging automation, AI-enabled processes, and innovation in execution to elevate client results and efficiency. You are responsible for connecting delivery excellence with strategic business value, long-term client success, and margin protection.\nKey Responsibilities\nWhat you will be responsible for and what you will do\nDrive end-to-end project execution, proactively managing timelines, risk, documentation, and stakeholder (Partner/Candescent) alignment through status calls, project plans, dashboards, notes, and overall status summaries.\nEstablish and update integrations including: SAML SSO, OIDC SSO, Aspects, Image Services, and other standard integration types as our portfolio of supported integrations expands\nEngage with Marketplace onboarding lifecycle and understand how each phase (Apply, Assess, etc) impacts project readiness and timelines.\nCollaborate with integration QA resources to stay up to date on integration and extensibility technologies and best practices. \nContinuous Process Improvement: recommend and draft refinements to templates, documentation, and project workflows to improve consistency, efficiency, and Partner experience.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to track project dependencies and escalate when timeline impact or risk of impact arises\nUse AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, predictive accuracy, and quality\n\nQualifications\n· BA/BS degree or relative work experience.\n 4+ years of related experience.\nDemonstrated skills, competencies, and required experiences\nProven cross-functional, end-to-end coordination skills for customer-facing project work where general process is documented, requiring documentation of scope, status and blockers.\nExcellent verbal/written communication and influencing skills as well as effective listening skills\nExperience with Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools\nAbility to quickly learn basic concepts related to the financial services industry\nAbility to quickly learn integration and extensibility concepts\nStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills\nExcellent organizational skills\n Preferred Experience\nExperience in a SaaS or Fintech project role is preferred but not required.\nExposure to SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC) is a plus.\nExposure to mechanisms to curate end-user digital content (user groups, iframes, higher and lower environments) is a plus.\nStatement to Third Party Agencies\nTo ALL recruitment agencies: Candescent only accepts resumes from agencies on the preferred supplier list.
