This role will help shape strategic architecture decisions while building, deploying, and supporting enhancements to our digital banking platform.\nThe engineer will partner closely with the Lead Architect, React Native Mobile Architect, UX/UI designers, server-side engineers, and other Engineering leads to deliver highly configurable, extensible, and intuitive mobile experiences.\nThe ideal candidate combines deep React Native expertisewith hands-on coding ability, sound architectural judgment, and a practical approach to solving complex problems in an Agile environment.\nKey Responsibilities and Deliverables\nDevelop highly configurable, extensible, and pluggable React Native applications.\nCollaborate with UX/UI designers to create clean, intuitive user interface components.\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Scienceor a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n3-5 years of extensive React Native experience, including native code components.\nPreferred Distinctions\nExperience with mobile application CI/CD and publishing tools, including Apple App Store Connect, TestFlight, Google Play Store, Firebase Console, App Tester, Azure, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.\nWorking knowledge of ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, iOS Swift/Objective-C, CocoaPods, Android Kotlin/Java, and Node.js.\nHands-on experience with Xcode, Android Studio, and Visual Studio Code.\nAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and stay motivated.\nAbility to break down complex problems and communicate clear, easy-to-understand solutions and code examples.\nOpen-minded approach to applying reusable web concepts in native applications.\nStatement to Third Party Agencies\nTo ALL recruitment agencies: Candescent only accepts resumes from agencies on the preferred supplier list.
