The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Java and Spring Boot, a good understanding of microservices, and a strong focus on coding, unit testing, debugging, and delivering high-quality software.\nWe are looking for a proactive individual who learns quickly, embraces technical challenges, takes ownership of assigned deliverables, and works effectively with team members to achieve business objectives. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, professional ethics, accountability, and the ability to deliver quality outcomes within committed timelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain backend applications and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.\nWrite clean, readable, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards.\nWrite and execute unit test cases using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality and reliability.\nDebug application issues, investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective fixes.\nWork with microservices-based applications and troubleshoot issues involving service communication, API integration, and error handling.\nParticipate in defect triage, issue resolution, regression testing, and release-related activities.\nCollaborate with QA, UI, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver features and resolve technical issues.\nSupport application builds, deployments, and troubleshooting activities across development and test environments.\nUse AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor to improve coding productivity, understand existing code, troubleshoot issues, and generate test cases.
