They will be the champion for CMMS to help deliver operational excellence through industry-leading maintenance performance.\nThis role can be based out of our CAC office in Prince George, our Cranbrook office, or any location where we have an operating facility in BC or Alberta.\nA day in the life of the Maintenance Systems Coordinator includes:\nCoordinate CMMS development and sustainment utilizing the Enterprise Asset Management platform - ‘Octave Attune EAM’\nWood Products Canada representative for the North American EAM Sustainment Team\nLead the management of the EAM platform with IT\nPoint of contact for EAM integration issues with other systems\nLead systematic management of the EAM platform\nCoordinate mill standards, procedures, reporting, protocols, standardization, development and policies for EAM\nCreate Cognos reports and/or grids to display mill data\nCreate Work Instructions for EAM Tasks\nOnboarding and systems trainer\nAct as data steward for all EAM-related data\nRepresentative on Canfor’s Digital Manufacturing Initiative\nOwner of flow charts that define roles and responsibilities for maintenance work-flow\nThorough understanding of maintenance needs and work order flow\nMember of the ‘Best in Class Maintenance Steering Team’ (BCM)\nAdministrator of the BCM SharePoint\nShares ownership in Engineered Mill Drawing Repository\nDocument and share best practices, like winterization lists etc.\nCreate and report out on standardized KPIs\nAssist with the sustainment of a condition monitoring system (Augury)\nOther duties as assigned as a ‘one-point of contact’ for Maintenance Systems\nFor this role, you’ll come equipped with:\nExperience supporting systems, training, documentation, and action tracking\nExperience with MS Office, Excel, Power BI, and CMMS platforms like EAM\nMaintenance background and/or Manufacturing Industry experience are assets\nTrade Certification and/or Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in related field are assets\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment\nWell organized with the ability to work independently\nThe salary range for this position is: $79,450.00-$113,500.00\nPlease Note: The range provided is for base salary only.
