Please include your postal code in your application, as applications without one will not be considered.\nResponsibilities\nRetail Shift Leader Duties:\nProvide assistance to store management in supervising and facilitating the daily operations of the store. \nOversee the responsibilities of the Store Manager in the absence of SM or ASM \nAssist in the delivery of key personnel management when on shift and resolve any customer service issues as and when needed. \nProvide direction, guidance and instruction to all store associates as required. \nEnsure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards. \nBe the sales and customer service leader/role model in the absence of SM/ASM \nGreet and assist customers in a way that models exemplary conduct to other staff. \nEnsure company policies and relevant legislation are consistently adhered to and upheld by all staff members. \nHandle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary. \nEnsure that all health, safety and security regulations are adhered to and required standards are met on shift \nAchieving sales target and store level KPI’s. \nEnsuring employees on shift are actively pursuing sales goals \nOversee and assist in inventory management and be accountable for the inventory processes on shift. \nCannabis Delivery Driver Duties:\nDeliver cannabis products safely and promptly within 45 minutes of order placement.\nInspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.\nVerify customer identification before making deliveries.\nFollow assigned routes, transportation regulations, and safety protocols.\nUse delivery apps and communicate with customers as necessary.\nManage cash floats and collect payments when required.\nOther duties as required. \nQualifications\nCompletion of high school and College/CEGEP/vocational or technical training required \nValid Driver's License and excellent and safe driving skills required \nA copy of current, clean driving abstract required with no violations in last three years and no major violations at any time. \nMinimum of 2 years work experience in the retail industry required.
