Together, we're creating smarter solutions, delivering real results and making a genuine impact for the organisations we support.\nAbout the Role\n\nAs an Agile Project Manager within Canon's IT Services PMO, reporting directly to the Manager PMO, you'll play a key role in delivering complex technology projects that help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of IT software application projects, from planning through to successful delivery.\nThis is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you'll partner with internal specialists, customers, vendors and senior stakeholders to keep projects on track, manage risks, solve challenges and deliver value. If you enjoy variety, building strong relationships and leading teams through complex project environments, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.\nScope of the role includes:\nLead the end-to-end delivery of multiple customer projects using Agile delivery practices\nManage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and quality outcomes\nManage scope changes and other project variations following project change control process\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives\nBuild strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders across project lifecycles\nProactively identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies\nCoordinate delivery teams, technical specialists and third-party partners\nPrepare and present project updates, dashboards and status reports to governance forums\nManage project change requests and ensure commercial impacts are appropriately controlled\nMaintain accurate project forecasts, resource plans and revenue projections\nSupport smooth transitions from project delivery into ongoing operational support\nAbout you\nYou're an experienced project professional who enjoys bringing people together to achieve a common goal. You can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels, navigate competing priorities and keep projects moving forward, even when challenges arise.\nYou thrive in fast-paced environments where no two projects are the same. You're comfortable balancing commercial outcomes with customer expectations and have a practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.\nMost importantly, you're someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, builds trust quickly and is passionate about delivering quality outcomes for customers.\nKey skills and experience include:\nMinimum 7+ years’ experience as a customer-facing Project Manager delivering complex IT software application projects across mid-market and enterprise environments\nProven success leading projects using Agile, Scrum or iterative delivery methodologies\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities\nSound commercial acumen, including budget, forecasting and change control management\nStrong risk, issue and dependency management capability\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including project reporting and presentations\nExperience using project delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, DevOps and the Microsoft Office suite\nAbility to work collaboratively with technical teams, customers, vendors and business stakeholders\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse issues, identify root causes and drive effective outcomes\nWhat’s in it for you\n\nWe believe in the power of an inclusive and diverse workforce.
