You’llbe an integral part of the group success.\nAbout the Role\nWorking in a fast-paced environment, the role of Digital Services Operator focuses mainly onreceiving, sortingand distributing mails and documents as quickly and as efficiently as possible in accordance withset service standards. Your brief will extend in the logisticsside of the operation, where along with distribution you will manage stock and inventory.\nMain Duties\nMail receiving, sorting and distribution\n\nDocument Preparation for Digitisation\n\nCustomer communication\n\nStock management\n\nGeneral administrative duties including data entry, prepping, and scanning\n\nEnsure your site is compliant with Canon Business Services and Client Health & Safety Standards\n\nKey Requirements\nTo be available from Monday to Friday (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)\n\nA clean full Class 1 Drivers License (Required to drive company vehicle for client sites)\n\nExcellent customer service\n\nMotivation and willingness to take initiative\n\nA positive attitude\n\nAttention to detail\n\nTo be a strong team player with excellent communication skills\n\nTo be able to manage time and multi-task\n\nAble to adopt and work unsupervised\n\nWe believe in the power of an inclusive & diverse workforce.
